Build Wealth and Freedom Investing in Hospitality Assets that Deliver Results.
At Malama Capital, we put your money to work so that you won’t have to.
MĀLAMA
Hawaiian word that means to care for, protect, and preserve.
OUR MISSION
Our goal is to unlock the potential of unique hospitality properties, delivering exceptional returns for our investors while creating spaces that evoke pride and a sense of fulfillment.
WHAT WE DO
Our team finds boutique hotels, hostels, and other experiential lodging properties that have untapped potential. By partnering with private investors, we purchase these properties and then manage every aspect of the operation. From negotiating the deal to arranging financing and running the business, we take care of the hard work, so our investors can sit back and enjoy the rewards.
WHAT SETS US APART
We’re not just in this for the money—though that’s a big part of it. We believe in creating spaces that our investors can be proud of, places that offer memorable experiences to guests and steady income streams to owners. With our deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, we’re able to spot opportunities that others might miss, and we have the skills to turn those opportunities into successful investments.
At Malama Capital, we believe in sustainable and responsible growth. Our name, meaning "to care for," reflects our dedication to nurturing your investments and protecting your assets.
